'Rojgaar' is an application designed for people who work on the basis of per-day wages. In India, most of the rural population works as a labourer in farming fields. The Rojgaar app helps people to find different work around their locations. It also helps landlords find skilled people in agricultural work.

Under the Digital India Campaign, every digital service is available to every citizen. In order to comprehend the user better, I establish objectives based on their daily life.
I live in a small village so it was a good opportunity for me to interact with users on site and to collect all the data.
For better understanding, I had conversations with people. I took some interviews and collected all the needed data.
Based on my research, I have created the user persona to gain a deeper understanding of their needs and the challenges they are facing.
Upon a thorough examination of the data, I have gained valuable insights. These insights have arisen from a close and detailed analysis, shedding light on areas of concern and potential for improvement.
Following conversations with local residents and an in-depth study, I've uncovered the challenges that users in rural areas are encountering.
The compilation of identified pain points has provided a roadmap for generating innovative solutions through an application.
After collecting different ideas I worked on the user flow to make sure it should be user friendly and should have minimum steps to reach the user's goal.
To gather feedback and suggestions from user group, I prepared low-fidelity cards for them to review and provide input on.
With the changes I have made, I have created a really easy and user-friendly path for user to follow. The main aim of this path is to make it easy to use & understand for everyone.
